Ultraviolet-Visible-Near-Infrared spectrometers
Ultraviolet-Visible-Near-Infrared spectrometer Lambda 1050 (PerkinElmer)
Two UV-visible-NIR absorption spectrometers complete the probed energy range spanning from 3030 cm-1 to 55500 cm-1 (180 – 3300 nm). Measurements in transmission mode are possible on macroscopic and microscopic samples (thanks to a specially designed microscope equipped of two Cassegrain optics). Two sample environments allow to carry out in situ measurements as a function of temperature : two Linkam stages (100 K – 1000 K) and a helium cryostat (10 K – 300 K). An integrating sphere and a Praying-Mantis are also available for diffuse reflectance measurements.
